Housing Support Manager
Role Description
The role
The Housing Support Manager is responsible for providing an effective and responsive management service to all tenants including support with tenancies, housing and other benefits, signposting and tenant engagement as well as liaising with the Housing with Care scheme managers.
St Anthony’s have 2 Housing with Care schemes based in Walker, Assisi House and Conaty House, housing 46 tenants across both properties.
The successful applicant will also have responsibility for allocation and void management in line with the agreed protocols.

About you
The successful applicant will have proven experience of working within a similar housing role and have a housing qualification at Level 4 or above.
You will also have sound knowledge of tenancy agreements and an understanding of the benefit and welfare system to effectively support tenants.
You will be a team player, uphold confidentiality and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist and help a range of service users upholding a commitment to the values of the organisation at all times.
